| Review:
As
its
name
indicates,
Amazing
Pass
is a
network
of
sites,
similar
to
an
AVS.
It
is
not,
however,
all
that
amazing. The
tour
is
pretty
up
front
and
lets
you
know
what
to
expect.
Over
1400
gigs
of
content
(1470
to
be
exact,
when
we
visited).
140
sites.
Looks
like
they're
adding
one
a
month.
However,
as
per
usual
with
these
network
deals
you
can
expect
a
lot
of
repetition
among
the
different
sites.
In
fact,
when
we
were
there
they
only
listed
390
DVDs.
That's
really
not
a
lot,
and
gives
you
some
idea
of
just
how
much
repetition
you're
going
to
see.
They
also
say
they're
updating
a
couple
of
times
a
week.
Which,
given
the
nature
of
these
things,
isn't
spectacular. Nothing
special
about
the
presentation
either.
Lots
of
advertisements
on
the
homepage
for
things
like
the
Fleshlight,
sex
pills,
and
the
VirtuaGirl
stripsaver.
This
stuff
leaves
us
cold.
Categorization
of
the
sites
is
pretty
vague.
"Extra
sites"
is
the
second
largest
category,
just
after
the
almost
equally
non-descriptive
"Hardcore."
And
most
of
the
sites
classified
as
"Extra"
could
have
been
more
helpfully
stuck
in
one
of
the
other
categories.
Moving
around
also
requires
you
to
re-enter
your
user/pass
with
every
new
site
you
go
to,
which
can
get
to
be a
pain. The
vast
majority
of
the
content
is
ripped
from
DVDs,
most
of
which
we've
seen
lots
of
places
before
(like
the Babewatch
movies).
There
are,
however,
a
few
exclusive
sites
(Arizona
Whore,
Suck
It
Bitch,
Suck
Me
I'm
Famous)
thrown
into
the
mix
that
we
have
to
give
them
credit
for.
Arizona
Whores,
for
example,
is a
reality-style
site
featuring
the
adventures
of
some
guy
named
"Spazz"
who
picks
up
chicks
and
takes
them
home
to
get
them
drunk
and
fuck
them.
OK,
it's
not
much
of a
concept.
And
unfortunately
there
aren't
a
lot
of
episodes
either.
Only
nine
up
when
we
looked
and
we
weren't
sure
how
much
it's
updating.
Another
issue
we
had
was
that
each
of
the
episodes
was
around
300
megs,
and
you
can't
download
any
smaller
clips.
So
this
didn't
strike
us
as a
great
site
for
a
lot
of
reasons. According
to
the
tour
the
video
is
supposed
to
all
be
in
640x480,
XviD
codec
format.
Some
of
it
is,
some
of
it
isn't.
Quite
a
lot
of
the
stuff
we
looked
at
was
in
320x240
mpegs.
Not
always
a
clean
transfer
either.
Nor
did
there
seem
to
be
any
choice
of
formats
available. We
weren't
terribly
impressed
by
this.
Compared
to
most
of
the
other
big
AVS
passes/DVD
download
sites
it
doesn't
have
nearly
as
much
content.
Some
of
the
video
is
good
quality,
but
we're
not
sure
we
could
say
that
for
most
of
it.
The
presentation
is
pretty
basic.
The
exclusive
material
doesn't
stand
out
as
anything
special,
and
proportionately
there
isn't
that
much
of
it. Bottom
line:
You
should
be
able
to
find
something
you
like
here,
and
the reality
sites
are
an
unexpected
bonus,
but
there's
still
not
enough
here
for
a
strong
recommendation. |
