"reality

about
the
making
of
porn!"
and
on
that
count
it
certainly
delivers.
You
know
how
for
a
number
of
studio
or
network
sites
they
have
an
extra
or
bonus
section
that
includes
behind-the-scenes
material,
bloopers,
interviews
with
the
stars
while
they're
getting
ready?
Naughty
America,
for
example,
has
hours
of
this
stuff.
And
personally
we
find
some
of
it
kind
of
interesting.
Well,
imagine
a
whole
site
of
nothing
but
behind-the-scenes
footage.
That's
Backstage
24.
Stats
are
OK.
There
were
only
some
18
episodes
up
when
we
visited,
varying
anywhere
from
5 to
45
minutes,
but
it
had
just
launched.
They
seemed
to
be
updating
every
few
days,
so
it
was
building
quickly.
Video
quality
was
pretty
good
too,
at 1400
kb/s
and
720x576.
Here
are
some
observations
and
related
issues
we
had:
(1)
There
weren't
a
whole
lot
of
options.
The
videos
are
in
one
format,
and
only
downloadable
as
full
scenes.
And
there
are
no
photo
sets
to
go
with
the
videos.
Which,
given
the
nature
of
the
material,
is
perhaps
understandable.
Still,
the
movies
are
all
you're
getting.

OK,
the
material
is
"backstage."
But
backstage
to what
exactly?
It's
kind
of
hard
to
tell.
Obviously
some
hardcore
porn
shoots,
but
beyond
that
we
couldn't
tell
you
and
we
didn't
see
where
there
was
any
explanation.
About
the
only
thing
we
can
tell
you
is
that
the
clips
we
saw
seem
to
have
been
filmed
somewhere
in
Europe.
Some
of
the
crew
seemed
to
be
speaking
Italian
at
one
point,
but
we
couldn't
be
sure. (3)
In
part
because
of
the
language
difference,
but
also
as a
way
of
understanding
what's
going
on,
they
sometimes
use
subtitles.
These
don't
translate
what
is
being
said
(most
of
which
we
imagine
isn't
very
interesting
anyway)
but
offer
explanations
as
to
what
is
happening.
It's
a
nice
touch.
And
that's
about
it.
The
content
covers
a
decent
variety
of
action,
from
solo
strips
to
couples
getting
it
on
(and
getting
carried
away
so
they
keep
performing
even
after
the
main
action
has
stopped
filming).
There's
some
blooper
material
as
well,
with
guys
who
can't
get
it
up,
etc.
To
be
honest,
it's
not
really
our
thing.
It's
not
deliberately
erotic,
but
only
occasionally,
accidentally
so.
Unless
the
kind
of
unscripted,
voyeuristic
action
you
expect
from
behind-the-scenes
footage
is
what
appeals
to
you,
which
it
would
have
to
if
you
were
thinking
of
joining.
Overall
we
thought
it
was
interesting,
but
a
bit
pricey
for
what
was
still
a
small
collection,
and
the
language
thing
also
bugged
us a
bit.
Plus
we
still
tend
to
think
of
material
like
this
as
an
extra
rather
than
the
main
course.
One
thing
that
might
make
it
more
interesting
would
be
to
also
include
the
final
version
of
the
edited
and
cut
scene
along
with
the
backstage
stuff.
At
least
that
would
provide
some
extra
