| Review:
It's
a
bit
of a
paradox
that
some
of
the
most
creative,
original,
and
individual
porn
being
produced
nowadays
is
also
part
of
such
a
uniform
trend.
We're
talking,
of
course,
about
all
of
the
European
nude
photography
sites
out
there
that
usually
showcase
the
work
of a
single
photographer
and
their
vision
of
glamorous,
sophisticated,
erotic
(pick
your
adjective,
but
don't
leave
out
this
important
one:
"softcore")
beauty. This
is
how
we
started
our
review
of Uberbelle,
one
of
the
more
recent
nude
photography
sites
we
took
a
look
at,
and
there's
no
reason
to
change
a
word
of
it
as
an
introduction
to
this
one: "We've
said
it
before,
but
for
those
of
you
who
might
have
missed
it
we'll
say
it
again:
The
softcore
erotic
photography
niche
is really
getting
crowded.
And,
what's
worse
if
you're
a
new
site,
it's
crowded
with
some
very
tough
competition.
It's
an
embarrassment
of
riches:
MET
Art,
Hegre
Archives,
MC
Nudes,
Pure
Beauty
Mag,
New
Nude
Mag,
Galitsin
News
. .
.
and
those
are
just
some
of
the
bigger
European
players.
And
there
are
more
coming
all
the
time.
Just
a
couple
of
weeks
before
we
came
to
this
site
we
reviewed
Whitfield
Journals
(which
subsequently
closed).
Another
good
site--great
girls,
great
photography,
nice
presentation,
the
complete
package--and
yet
at
the
same
time
we
couldn't
escape
the
feeling
that
there's
just
too
much
of
this
stuff
out
there
now.
As
we
said
in
the
Whitfield
review,
if
artistic
softcore
nude
photography
is
your
thing,
it's
getting
harder
and
harder
to
stand
out
from
the
crowd.
And
the
fact
that
all
of
these
sites
have
basically
the
same
layout
doesn't
help."
There
are
two
things
that
flow
from
this: (1)
given
the
high
quality
of
the
competition
in
this
niche
(they
all
have
daily
updates,
great
models,
high-res,
large-size
photos,
and
great
video),
it's
hard
to
stand
out
from
the
crowd. (2)
the
main
difference
between
them
is
what
you
think
of
the
individual
photographer's
work.
And
this
is a
call
that
is
really
up
to
people
with
a
real
eye
for
this
kind
of
stuff
(call
them
"connoisseurs"),
and
not
degenerate
smut
surfers
like
ourselves. But
we'll
do
our
best. Here
are
the
main
things
you
should
know: This
site
(which
shall
hereafter
be
referred
to
as
EGG),
and
EroticDestinations.com
(ED;
an
unfortunate
acronym
it
shares
with
Erectile
Dysfunction,
but
it's
one
they
use),
both
come
to
us
from
German
photographer
Martin
Krake.
If
you
want
to
know
more
about
Mr.
Krake
you
can
check
out
his
official
site
at www.martinkrake.com,
but
you
won't
find
much
in
the
way
of
background.
Apparently
he
lives
in
Austria.
And
that's
all
you
get. Now
one
thing
you
might
be
wondering
off
the
top
is
why
he
has
two
paysites
featuring
his
work.
You
can
join
either
one
for
$25
a
month,
or
get
both
for
$37
a
month.
Is
this
a
deal?
Or
clever
marketing?
You'll
have
to
make
the
call
on
that
one.
The
one
thing
we
will
insist
on
is
that
you
not
get
the
cheap
trial
membership.
It's
one
of
those
"limited"
trials
that
only
gives
you
restricted
access. The
difference
between
EGG
and
ED
is
that
EGG
is
studio
photography.
Expect
a
lot
of
girls
posing
against
bare
walls
and
rolling
around
in
bed.
The
girls
are
all
top-notch
and
occasionally
you'll
also
get
more
pink
stuff
than
you
might
expect.
We
downloaded
one
movie
with
a
blonde
girl
working
a
glass
dildo
that
got
so
juicy
it
made
us
think
we
were
over
at In
the
Crack.
But
generally
the
posing
and
video
work
is
pretty
tame
(as
is
the
rule
for
this
niche).
Cue
the
soft,
jazzy
music
and
tease.
Don't
take
our
word
for
it
though.
Like
all
of
these
sites
there
is a
great
tour
that
lets
you
know
what
to
expect.
And
here's
a
"pic
of
the
day"
to
sample:
As
you
might
expect,
everything
about
the
presentation
is
first
rate. The
main
page
will
tell
you
how
much
content
they're
up
to
(it's
updated
daily).
When
we
dropped
by
they
had
46
models,
214
video
clips
(nearly
24
hours
of
video),
and
12,160
photos.
You
can
view
the
pics
in
three
different
sizes:
400x600,
500x750,
and
600x900
(you
set
the
default
as a
preference).
You
can
also
download
zip
files
in
an
even
larger
format
("up
to
2000x3000").
The
main
navigation
tool
is
the
model
index.
You
can
filter
for
hair
colour,
but
that's
it.
What
about
breast
size?
We'd
be so
there. Videos
come
in
two
very
good
formats:
640x480
.wmv
or
720x528
DivX.
The
webmaster
recommends
the
DivX
because
"it's
possibly
the
best
internet
video
format
currently
available."
Well,
we
wouldn't
go that
far,
but
it
does
look
good
even
when
you
play
it
full
screen.
Each
clip
runs
from
5 to
10
minutes.
The
action
is
pretty
much
the
same
as
the
photo
shoots,
but
you
do
occasionally
see
some
good
masturbation
action
that's
worth
it.
Otherwise
it's
kind
of
artsy.
They
even
had
flower
petals
being
blown
at
one
model
as
she
lay
in
bed.
Hoo-boy. OK,
bottom
line:
Nice
clean
presentation,
good
specs,
daily
updates,
not
much
to
knock
with
any
of
that.
Problem
here
is
that
it
doesn't
do
quite
enough
to
stand
out
in
this
crowded
niche.
The
studio
background
also
started
to
seem
kind
of
dull
after
a
few
photosets.
Everything
is
so
plain--the
bare
hardwood
floor,
the
blank
walls,
even
the
kitchen
looks
like
it's
never
been
used.
There's
also
not
a
lot
in
the
way
of
extras
(a
forum
and
a
page
of
blooper/behind-the-scenes
pics
is
all
you
get),
and
nothing
in
terms
of
personality
items
like
more
about
the
models,
or
more
about
Martin
himself.
Like
the
studio
itself,
the
site
seems
a
little
stripped-down. But
some
of
these
issues
are
addressed
in
his
other
site,
Erotic
Destinations. |
