If there's any one name identified with Score Magazine it has to be
that of the busty Brit Linsey Dawn McKenzie. And while you can find
lots of Linsey at the Scoreland
site, Linsey's World is her official home. Is it worth it?
Fans will say yes. The most impressive thing about the site is the
quality of the galleries. There are lots of picture sets here (you can
preview pretty much the whole catalogue on the site tour), with an
average of around 60 pics per set. The photo quality is high and there
is a good balance of poses and close-ups. Best of all, you can choose to
view/download the pictures in four different sizes! The scale runs from
800x600 (a little small for our taste) to 1600x1200 (wallpaper plus!).
When you get a "macro" shot of Linsey's breasts in the biggest
format you've got nipples bigger than your head! And the resolution is
crystal clear at every size!
Navigation is pretty basic, with thumbnails for all the galleries and
video pages, plus file sizes and different formats for the videos (which
can be downloaded or viewed as streaming). Members should note that
there are a number of pics of Linsey just hanging out with her friends
hidden in the bio section of her "Scrapbook" (we point this
out because this is a section most people don't even bother with).
Extras include some Linsey headlines from the tabloids, screensavers,
wallpapers, and a puzzle. There didn't seem to be any chats going on.
Surprisingly, given the fact that this is a Score site, nothing is done
to tie Linsey's World in with any of the Score girls. Updates, almost
always in the form of a new gallery, occur every week.
Now for what we didn't like. In the first place, the content is
pretty vanilla. As a "Page 3" girl, this shouldn't surprise
anyone, but we still thought more could have been done in terms of
fetish material or masturbation. As it is there is very little hardcore
(or even insertion). There is nothing that would really
count as fetish (except for one very good shaving set). Even the lesbian
action is a bare minimum. In addition, the weekly updates both give and
take away. The older sets seem to be getting dropped as the new stuff
gets added. Why? Then there is a new section called "What Cums
First" featuring exclusive sets that are only posted for one month.
"Don't worry," Linsey tells us, "in time they'll be
reposted." But no explanation is given for why they are being
removed in the first place.
The video section is improving. The earlier clips were 30 seconds in length (2-3 megs). The quality
was
high, but they weren't being shot exclusively for the site, and were
basically just teasers from the Score videos you can order at the
"Store." The content was basically all solo masturbation, with a
few photo shoots and interview clips thrown in (for those of you who
really want to listen to Linsey answer questions like "Do you
believe in destiny?").
Since our first visit things have been getting better, albeit slowly.
The clips are longer (but still only a minute in length, and all in mpeg
format), and some are being shot exclusively for this site. In
particular we really enjoyed the new Linsey "mini-movies":
half-hour features (all broken into one-minute/10 meg clips) starring Linsey that are
more theme-oriented. These include a "Matrixxx" movie, Linsey
as a maid, as a sex doll, and at a car wash. There still need to be more
of these (and we were uncertain what the update schedule was), but this is definitely getting things
moving in the right direction.
So, if you're a big Linsey fan, the galleries here
certainly won't disappoint. The pictures are great. The content is
pretty tame though, and the video section, though improving, isn't that
generous yet. You
might want to consider a membership at Scoreland,
which is a fuller site, as an alternative.
