APRIL 2006 RE-VISIT
We're doing this review as part of a re-visit to all of the Kink.com
sites, and we have to say this is the only one that really disappoints
us. That's not because it's the only femdom site. We've reviewed a bunch
of femdom sites and enjoyed some of them very much. And we recognize
it's
probably
the
toughest
of
all
fetishes
to
bring
off.
The
reason
we
were
disappointed
was,
despite
the obvious upgrades (the video quality is now 640x480 and 700
kb/s,
in
RealPlayer,
Windows
Media
and
iPod
formats,
and
the
number
of
movies
is
up
to
an
even
200,
with
weekly
updates),
it's
not
doing
anything
new.
The
Kink.com
people
are
producing
some
of
the
most
imaginative
and
original
fetish
porn
you'll
find
anywhere.
But
in
this
case,
strangely,
their
imagination
has
failed
and
the
content,
while
all
exclusive,
is
scarcely
original
at
all.
Instead
what
you
get
are
the
usual
dungeon
sets
and
a
very
limited
menu
of
femdom
staples:
strap-on
action,
bondage,
face-sitting,
and
lots
and
lots
of
cock-and-ball
torture.
Frankly,
we
thought
most
of
it
is
seemed
kind
of
generic
and
uninspired.
Some
of
the
newer
dommes
were
pretty
good
(Annie
Cruz
even
squirts
all
over
her
slaves),
but
others
were
totally
unconvincing.
The
males
are
(as
usual
for
this
niche)
typically
unimpressive.
However,
if
you're
interested
in
getting
dominated
there
is a
standing
model
call.
No,
this
isn't
a
bad
site.
But
we
wouldn't
put
it
in
the
first
rank
of
femdom
sites
either.
Both
The
English
Mansion
and Lady
Sonia
have
more
going
on
and
are
more
interesting
psychologically.

Men in Pain is part of an excellent network of fetish/bondage sites.

In terms of production and layout everything we said about that site
holds true for this one as well.
If you've read our overview then you know we think these are very
solidly produced, user-friendly sites. This one is concerned with femdom
situations and men being tortured. Pretty much the full range of
domination and humiliation is shown, with cock-and-ball torture,
bondage, strap-on action and whipping. We didn't notice any watersports
action, though it's not
necessarily included in the site's heading of "men in pain." The male
models aren't very impressive, but overall the girls do a pretty good
job. Kym Wilde is featured in a lot of the movies and she is definitely
one of the more impressive dom women we've seen--able to both physically
and verbally master her slaves.
In some ways this is the least purely imaginative of the other sites
in this network. If you're really into femdom you're not likely to find
any new ground being broken here. The intensity is also just average for fans of this
niche. But the presentation is faultless and it's a nice price.
