This is starting to get to be a bit much. Every time we think we're
done with the reality pass All
Sites Access, they go and launch another new site. It looks like
Mike in Brazil takes them up to 18 sites for one membership. A few of
these are just filler (Top
Shelf Pussy, Mega Cock
Cravers), but the majority are quite decent, and a few (MILF
Hunter, Big Naturals,
We Live Together) are
really good.
Mike in Brazil is a new offering that looks like it could turn
into one of the best. Since we visited just a month after its launch we
can't give it a great score yet. There were only 11 updates posted. But
with updates twice a week (as with most of the sites in this network,
which means you're getting close to an hour of new video added every day
across the network as a whole),
we don't think it will disappoint. (Note: A month after we wrote this
review they were up to 20 full movies. They're really cranking this
stuff out.)
In case you're wondering, the "Mike" is apparently the same
guy from Mike's Apartment.
Does this mean Mike's apartment is no longer for rent? Is that site
still updating? Well, we went and checked and . . . yes it is. At
least for now. Anyhow, in this site Mike has gone to Brazil and
is, with the help of a couple of studly henchmen (Ricardo and Anselmo), tracking down Brazilian booty
to plug. That's the concept.
The format is identical to every other site in this network. For an
overview, see the review of Big
Naturals. Navigation is straightforward. Each movie has a section of
vidcaps and three pages of movie clips. Obviously these guys feel that
if it's not broke they aren't going to fix it. For what it's worth, we
still miss having higher res video (though the picture here looks better
than the 360 kb/s playback it says we're getting, and even plays well
fullscreen). The way the clips
are cut also seems pretty lazy. You should be able to download whole movies. And
while the shorter clips--every movie is split into 6.5 meg scenes as
well as 30 meg longer clips--are great for modem users (still a
significant market), it makes no sense to have scenes that stop someone
speaking in
mid-sentence.
That's it for concept and layout. In terms of content what you're
getting is Mike and his cocksmen picking up Brazilian babes, usually on
the beach, and taking them back to a house (it seems like a house,
though they refer to it as a hotel) with a beautiful backyard pool.
Beach + pool settings = lots of bikinis. In fact, the girls wear bikinis
just walking down the street. So if you're into big latina booty in
thongs, this is a good place to go. These asses are solid (see this
girl's back end for an example of the kind of thing we're talking
about).
Because Mike doesn't know much Portuguese beyond a few tourist
phrases, and the talent doesn't know a lot of English, you get to listen
to Mike a lot. But the girls are really very good and help to make up
for it. Moving outside of south Florida--where the reality porn talent
pool has to be getting a little thin by now--was a great idea.
The action is straightforward hardcore, and Mike deserves credit for
knowing what to do with the camera most of the time (mainly keeping things in
focus and well lit).
Decent amateur video, good girls, great network, lots of updates, no
bullshit on the site tour (why would they bother?). A very fair value.
