| Review:
There's no such thing as an objective porn review. Sometimes it's
just a particular girl or a specific fetish that pushes your buttons.
And sometimes it's something else entirely. As solo independent porn
reviewers, for example, we tend to be more sympathetic to solo amateur
sites. Not saying they're all good, but we give them the benefit of the
doubt.
But biases can be negative too. To be up front: We aren't that big on
"teen" sites. Something about the barely legal girls with tiny
breasts, little girl panties, and flowers and hearts all over the site
design gives us the creeps. We keep thinking this is where we're about
to get busted by the porn police.
"Angels" is a porn code word for girls who look
way too young to be doing this. An angel site is a teen site. So Nasty
Angels is a teen site. And we're not talking nice angels, like
Galitsin's girls or the nymphs at METArt. No, these angels
"kiss and tease, then suck and fuck!"
What you might not guess from the preview pages is that this is
another site of Eastern European angels. You see on the main guest page
where it talks about Julie and Jenny and Jim and Jason? Well the girls
inside are Olgusha, Marysya, and Dasha, while the hardcore pairings have
names like Natasha N. and Pavel F., or Sasha L. and Yaroslav I. (Note:
There are over 100 different girls here and all but three have names
that end in "a". We checked.) This
tends to make us even more nervous about the legality of it all. Do all of
these sex refugees have papers? Eastern European teen angels have been
exploited (is that the right word?) to good erotic effect by a number of
sites, including METArt and Hegre
Archive. But this site doesn't have quite the same standards.
Nowhere near the same standards, actually. Site design and layout is
a little confusing. There's an area to the left of the main members page
asking "registered users" to log in. Couldn't figure that out. The cursor is made to go
like a crosshair, which really pissed us off (don't fuck with our
settings, damn you!). There is something called a "lightbox"
to save your favourite photos in. Why? We save our favourites on our
hard drive (that is, when we find anything worth saving, which we
didn't). It also wasn't clear to us right away how to download different
movie clips. You can download full movies in zip files, or by
right-clicking on individual clips, but
only if you advance far enough along to the right page (and the pages
all look the same).
And the downloads are slow! This must be a problem at
their end because we read the PornLiving review and they were
complaining about the same thing. Really, it's like you don't even have
highspeed. A modem will download as fast.
Content. Lots of pics (the site does have daily updates). A lot of
solo posing/toy play. There are a number of girl-girl sets but they
aren't very good. Great size to the pics, but no style whatsoever. Same with
the video, which by today's standards is scarcely professional. No
camerawork or editing to speak of. Full videos are approximately 30 minutes. The individual
clips are around 9 megs. You need a codec (we used a DivX player) but
the picture was good. Unfortunately, and we're sorry to offend
anyone, but it all looks Eastern European--in the bad way. Sort of depressing and cheap.
Lousy sets usually consist of a bed or a couch with a blanket thrown
over it. When we dropped in they had 22 softcore/girl-girl videos and 30
hardcore (that is, boy-girl) videos. We couldn't tell what all was
exclusive. Apparently some of it is, but lesbian sets with titles like
"3 Girls With Bottle" and "4 Girls Outdoors"
probably aren't. But the production is so low-rent
and generic it hardly makes a difference.
Extras are a chat and some games.
$29.95 is top dollar and this is just an average site. It really
needs a sharper design, a faster server, and some style. Some of
the models are quite unattractive. The lesbian stuff is very tame and a
number of the girls don't seem to be into it. The hardcore is primitive
(blowjobs and straight sex, no fetish and little pussy-eating). There
was a lot of talking going on in the movies we watched, but we had no
idea what they were saying. English-only speakers beware.
