| Review:
Night Club Girls is a slicker, more professionally packaged offering
from the same team that puts out Amateur
Canada. It's still an amateur site, but
this time packaged as a "reality porn" site. The layout is the
usual archive of episodes or "projects". You might think from the name of this
site that you're going to get a Canadian version of In the
VIP. Think again. The
movies we watched had little to do with club life. In fact, we don't remember
even seeing the inside of a club in any of the video. Nightclub Girls is mainly about picking
party girls up on the street (presumably after they've just got out of the
club), and either having sex in the car or back at the hotel room. Not a real
groundbreaking premise, but that's what's on tap.
The site described itself as new when we visited, but had apparently
been going for two years. There were 26 episodes and they were updating
with something new four times a month (on the 5th, 10th, 15th, and 25th).
These updates are not always new episodes. Sometimes they are just new
photosets or technical fixes. So compared to a lot of the big players on the reality
porn scene this one isn't cranking out huge volume. It's growing, but
not very fast.
The videos are, and we quote, "encoded at 768 kb/s, bringing it the
closest to DVD quality online!" Uh-huh. Actually most of what we watched was
only 500 kb/s (320x240). Each episode runs around 30-40 minutes and is divided into a
number of clips of 15-25 megs each. You can't download full episodes,
which is a drag. Most of the photos
that come along with the videos are just vidcaps, and can be
ignored. As with Amateur Canada there are some larger (1280x960) pics
mixed in with the rest, but they still aren't very good. Club girls with
red eye. Please.
What more can we say about reality porn than we've already said?
Honestly folks, we've been here so many, many times before. You know it, we know
it, the people who make these sites know it. We're running out of things to
tell you. If this is your bag of barn weed, dig in. Otherwise . . . why are you
reading this?
The episodes here have less of the usual lame porn shtick. For what it's
worth, we thought the video quality was a bit better than most reality
porn sites, but it was often frustrated by shooting so much POV, in a car or in the
dark. The lighting is really iffy, and there are even a number of scenes
in green "night vision". Given the absence of any club action
they should have probably just called this site Night Girls. Even the
layout is dark.
The girls themselves are OK. We really liked the attitude of "Allie the lesbo". As usual, you're getting gonzo
on-the-street filmmaking. There are clumsy moments that have a special
charm, like the "Country Girl" they pick up who can't get into
a reverse cowgirl position. In any event, you can browse the whole site on the tour, which gives you a
good idea of what to expect and lets you preview all of the videos.
There weren't any surprises.
Judged on its own we'd say this is just an average reality porn
site. You have to also keep in mind that it doesn't come as part of a big
package membership deal. You only get this site. Balancing this is the
fact that it's a pretty reasonable monthly rate.
