This is what we would call a filler site. It's part of the
Lightspeed Media network, so please see our review of Lightspeed18
for more info. But since it is also offered as a separate membership we
will do a quick review.
If you like the rest of Lightspeed's stuff, chances are you're an
upskirt fan. He does a lot of it, including another upskirt site that's
part of the same network, Church Upskirts
(external link). Anyway, here's the promo blurb:

Now as a matter of fact we don't believe this. Some of the shots are
too long and too obvious to be secret. One of them even has the girl
being told to spread her legs more and bend over! And since this sort of activity
is illegal, why would they risk it? But they do look genuine, which
is to say the picture is terrible, and since no one is likely to call
them on it . . .
Bottom line: Some 60 galleries, with around 50 pics each. Of course
the picture quality is miserable spy-cam stuff and the pics all look
exactly the same. Only 8 short videos. Again with the poor picture
quality. And there's no action. Just looking up a girl's skirt at her
panties.
As usual you get a bunch of feeds and extras. These come with labels
like "Cool Site", "Hot Stuff", "Awesome
Stuff", and "Very Cool" (the very cool stuff was a
store).
We're not knocking this fetish. If you like it, you like it. The
thing is, given the poor quality you can expect from this niche, you can
find similar material by just trolling the TGPs. Chances are you will
only find this site by getting a membership in Lightspeed18. If you do
you will probably only spend 15 minutes looking at it with a good
connection. It's just filler. You'd be crazy just to join this one
site, especially at the premium monthly rate.
