Yes,
this
is
another
one
of
those
DVD
download
sites.
Very
similar
to DVD
Box.
That
site,
if
you'll
recall,
was
born
out
of
the
AVS-style
Porn
Access
network.
Well,
Vixeo
is
the
DVD
download
site
that
grew
out
of
the
AdultBouncer
network.
Same
people
running
it.
You
can
still
see
the
AdultBouncer
watermark
on
some
of
the
videos.
Anyway,
that's
the
story
behind
the
site.
As
for
what
you're
getting,
we
were
pretty
impressed.
In
fact,
after
VideoBox
(still
the
champion
for
this
kind
of
site,
with
no
real
competition),
this
may
be
the
best
DVD
download
site
around.
Why
do
we
say
that?
(1)
The
video
quality
is
very
good.
The
best
"DVD
quality"
stuff
is
2200
kb/s.
For
the
newer
stuff
you
also
get
a
bunch
of
different
options:
Windows
Media
files
at
four
different
resolutions
(DVD,
High,
Medium,
and
Low),
Mpeg,
and
Mobile
(iPod)
formats.
Don't
be
fooled
by
the
"low"
resolution
option
that
this
site
is
modem-friendly
though,
because
it
isn't.
Those
files
are
still
in
the
50-60
meg
range.
Also
be
aware
that
it's
only
the
newest
stuff
that
has
the
highest
quality
video.
For
the
older
movies
you
sometimes
only
have
one
option,
a
still
very
respectable
Windows
Media
file
of
1500
kb/s
playback.

There's
no
DRM,
so
you
can
keep
everything
you
download. (3)
The
amount
of
content
is
substantial.
1,554
DVDs
for
you
to
grab
when
we
visited,
with
two
new
ones
being
added
every
day.
That's
more
than
you'll
get
almost
anywhere
else
we
can
think
of.

Yes,
there's
a
lot
of
the
same
ol',
same
ol'.
And
some
of
the
movies
looked
pretty
old
indeed.
But
there
are
titles
here
we
hadn't
seen
anywhere
else,
especially
for
you
amateur
grunge
collectors.
Fuck,
seeing
Bob's
Videos
and
Anton
Productions
took
us
back,
way
back,
to
those
stinky
backrooms
of
used
bookstores.
They
also
have
a
small
Hentai
category
(just
recently
added
when
we
visited),
and
French
and
German
language
sections.
What
we
didn't
like:

Navigation
is
just
so-so.
There
were
a
bunch
of
stupid
glitches
we
noticed,
like
having
to
do
separate
searches,
because
they
brought
up
separate
results,
for
"Bella
Donna"
and
"Belladonna."
They
also
have
a
stupid
thing
where
certain
stars
are
listed
in
their
directory,
but
when
you
search
for
them
you
get
no
results.
Even
worse,
your
search
comes
back
with
a
bunch
of
"random
results."
Who
wants
that?

The
thumbnailing
could
be
improved.
It
doesn't
make
it
clear
exactly
what
you're
getting
with
each
clip.
An
older
scene
may
be
split
into
four
or
five
files,
for
example,
but
is
only
represented
by a
single
selection
of
thumbnails--which
means
you
may
download
a
70-meg
clip
that
doesn't
have
any
of
the
stuff
you
see
in
the
thumbnails
for
that
scene.
Of
course,
with
the
newer
stuff
this
problem
is
avoided
because
individual
scenes
don't
seem
to
be
divided
into
clips.

Maybe
it
was
just
us,
but
we
found
the
site
as a
whole
(not
the
downloads)
to
be
kind
of
slow
loading. There
you
go.
To
be
honest,
we're
not
sure
why
we
even
bothered
to
write
this
much.
These
sites
are
all
the
same.
And
what's
more
to
the
point,
they
all
allow
you
to
browse
everything,
use
the
search
function,
etc.,
so
you
know
ahead
of
time
what
they've
got.
What
you
see
is
exactly
what
you
get.
For
what
it's
worth,
we
liked
it a
lot.
Vixeo
stacks
up
very
well
with
the
other
DVD
download
sites
in
terms
of
amount
of
material,
updates,
choice
of
formats,
and
video
quality.
In
fact,
after
VideoBox
it
may
well
be
the
best.
Which
isn't
bad
at
